Solène seamlessly blends Yoga, Pilates, Mobility Training, Strength & Conditioning and Breath Work Meditation all in one personal training session. She works on realigning the mind and body for long term results on your mental health and physical shape.

Originally from the South of France, she offers a holistic and intuitive approach to personal training, influenced from over 10 years of experience. She's worked with high-level clientele at prestigious venues such as the Royal Automobile Club, The Lanesborough Club in London, and the iconic Byblos Palace in Saint-Tropez.

Solène’s professional path has taken her through Bali, Dubai, France and London, where she's certified and developed a distinctive methodology which include:
